The Ion™ mesh motorcycle jacket from Joe Rocket Canada® is constructed with a combination Free-Air™ and Free-Air Plus™ mesh outer shell with Rock Tex™ 600 panels in the shoulders and elbows. The jacket comes fully equipped with removable Vault™ Web C.E. approved level 1 shoulder and elbow protectors, as well as a removable Vault™ Web C.E. approved level 2 spine pad. Sure Fit™ waist and sleeve adjusters are included to allow for adjustability, as well as belt loops on the interior for pant attachment so that the jacket doesn't ride up.

"Finally had a chance to wear the jacket over the weekend during my motorcycle course. We had a full sunny day, then a mix of drizzle and rain the next day. The jacket was amazing during the sunny day and the drizzle. Not so much during heavier rain, but that was expected for a mesh jacket. For real rain, you’d definitely want to wear a light waterproof rain shell or over-jacket on top."
