Exchange and In-Store Credit Policy

All regular price purchases from www.shoptoysforbigboys.ca are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. To request an exchange, contact Toys for Big Boys at shop@toysforbigboys.ca or 506.858.8088 (call/text). Items must be in transit back within 5 business days of our response.

Exchanges and in-store credits can be processed in-store at 633 Salisbury Road, Moncton, N.B.

Please note that exchanges or in-store credit will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Items returned without original tags attached
• Items not in original condition, including damaged or missing parts (unless due to our error)
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refund Policy
Full refunds are not available for online orders. However, regular-priced items are eligible for exchange or in-store credit.

Helmet Exchange Policy

Regular price helmets are available for exchange only. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and the helmet must be shipped back within 3 business days of our response.

Clearance & Flash Sale Items Policy
All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Holiday/Christmas Promotions

We offer 14-days after Christmas for exchange or in-store credit for regular price items. All items must have tags attached and be in their original condition.
