Do we ship to Europe or the U.S.?
At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada. We hope one day to expand into these areas and offer additional shipping options in the near future.
Can I return a helmet?
We're always keep our customers safety top of mind - we do not recommend buying helmets online, instead we recommend coming in-store so you can be properly sized and fitted for your helmet.
If you choose to purchase a helmet online, we offer a 7 day exchange period (from the date it arrived at your home), as long as the helmet is unworn and in its original condition and packaging, we will honour an exchange for a different size, colour or style of helmet.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are, but orders processed with us usually take within five to seven business days to arrive.
If you live in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or P.E.I. sometimes you can receive your shipment within two to three business days.
Why is there shipping popping up on my order?
On the majority of items, we offer FREE SHIPPING, as long as your order is over $100 CAD (before taxes). In certain scenarios where there is an oversized item or clearance item that is over 40% OFF in your cart, you will have a small shipping charge.
What's the return policy?
Currently, if you're placing an order with us online, we offer up to 30 days for an exchange or store-credit on any regular price item purchase.
